Tiffany Smith (she/her) is a Content Strategy Manager at H&R Block. She specializes in the development of stories from the simplest product screen to the most complex content marketing campaign.
Tiffany has worked in different editorial and content strategy roles across brands, universities, websites, magazines, and publishers. She has become an expert in not only leading collaborative content teams and turning good words into great words, but also taking simple ideas and amplifying them into big picture, digital content strategies. From NYC, with stopovers in Boston and Columbia, Missouri, she currently lives in Kansas City. Her favorite word is persnickety.
